The most cherished moment while working with my clients is feeling that I was able to develop a personal bond that goes deeper than preparing their legal documents. Every time when I did not feel that was accomplished, I was nothing more that the typist or another notary, regardless of the amount of time and efforts that I had invested in their case. I’ve serviced a large pool of clients, so the depth of my involvement naturally varied. After all, I cannot have the same approach with a client that is preparing for the trial as with the happily married couple who is getting ready to take their vacation and preparing a contract for their pet’s day care needs.
My clients can rest assured that I invest many hours to understand their case and provide all the options available. I don’t ever assume that I have the answers in advance. I work with facts and guide my clients through the process one step at the time. It’s easy to get lost in court administration and litigation process with judicial system that we currently have. Do we know what court to go to? How do we look up the case?
Most of the courts have friendly websites and self service centers that are available to general public. Many of online legal documents software are available to general public, some of which I can personally recommend. While this is all true, my mission is to assist with how fast and confident my clients can help themselves by using the legal information already available to them. I help them build confidence and make sure that they can succeed with their desired outcome. My initial evaluation interview is always free, as well as my social medial groups and chats. Not all cases can be prepared online and in many instances we will need to meet in person. The same is true when it comes to online forms. Let’s make certain that we understand the meaning of the legalese in simple and plain English. I am here to help.
