Most of us will try to save some money when preparing their documents and planing their estate. It makes sense. Legal system is open to public and internet providers access to “free fillable forms” and inexpensive online services. Proceed cautiously with those.
Deep understanding and knowledge of how legal system actually works is acquired though many years of working in the field. Your online forms might not be valid no matter of guarantee that publisher provided. Are you sure that you understand all the aspects? I can’t tell you how many times did I have to re-write and re-work those legal forms when clients called in panic, not to mention that you might not find a notary to actually sign those papers. Will they help in out court system?
Doing it right in the first place can save you much more in the long run. Legal documents that do not respond to your actual legal needs will not protect you and potentially can hurt you.
