Estate Planning and Your Will

Many people start thinking of planning their estate later on in the life. It is, of course, natural not to think what you will leave behind in young age, when you still do not know what is ahead of you in the terms of career, real estate you own, assets that you may acquire etc…Every state has a law that addressed the intestate estates. Intestate is the estate when the deceased did not have a will. Sure enough, in a case of tragedy, the State can distribute your assets and appoint the guardian for your children. To me, as a mother of two young children, the main question I ask myself is – what will happen to my children if my life would suddenly end? Will is the instrument in which you can specify such directions, as well as some others. That is why, for your peace of mind, some legal documents are simple must have.
