What Can I Do to Help – Call for Life in Abundance

As I was taking my afternoon break, a thought crossed my mind that I had to jot down. I am writing in first person for the purposes of this exercise only.

Say for example, I cut down of my consumption of meat and dairy and I reduced my grocery bill for, at least 20%. In no time I feel better, lighter and healthier. So now, I take $10 surplus from cutting down on unnecessary food that already resulted in me feeling physically fit and I feed that homeless person I bump on every day. Wouldn’t that be nice? Now my soul feels good.

Today, in North America, the chase for power, greed and sometimes bad luck, has created over 1/2 million of homeless population.

You don’t have to be rich to help. Everything counts. Start somewhere and make that first step today. Kindness is underrated. Giving is more rewarding than taking. Giving provides a long term satisfaction coming from goodness of one’s heart. Give often, take less and spread happiness and love as there is no tomorrow. That I call is a life in abundance.
